Electronic Arts wanted to pitch a concept for a EA Work, an internal hub that helps onboard new employees, and encourage them to connect with their fellow colleagues. The goal was to leverage EA's strong brand assets to design a new branding and user experience that would resonate with new and even existing employees.
We also created Brand Guidelines for font and logo usage, as well a Design System for proper use of design elements
EA Work is an exercise on how to align an otherwise plain internal portal, and infuse it with the its powerful brand assets. In the end, we created a fully integrated and easy to use system that tackles both the needs of both new and current employees.
